Continuing Education Seminar

This seminar will explore the expanded compliance issues presented by the CFPB and the new TRID rules which require attorneys and other professionals acting as settlement service providers to develop written policies and procedures that will insure the safety of the consumer and the integrity of trust and escrow funds. This course will also review and expound upon the NAR Code of Ethics by section. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able fully comprehend the duties and obligations demanded of their profession. All attendees will gain insight into the strict ethical limitations and obligations while comprehending the necessity for maintenance of the highest ethical standards within the real estate community.
