5) Provide refreshments – Great potential buyers with something refreshing! Provide them with a cool summer drink, or a light snack they can munch on while viewing your home. Again, this will bring more pleasure to their home viewing experience, and will be a win for you as the potential buyer will not be able to forget the experience they had viewing your home!
