New Jersey County Recording Data Cover Pages
As of May 1st, 2017, all New Jersey county recordings will require that the approved recording data cover page for that county be attached.
The cost to record this cover page is $10. The fee for failure to file with the approved cover page is $20.
Flat fee documents such as UCCs and Notices of Settlement must also be filed with the cover page attached, but there is no additional fee for recording the cover page.
