Denis M. Miller, Esq. – Member of LLC / Title Officer
Denis’s experience spans over 30 years in the real estate industry including:
- 4 Years in private practice in estates and real estate law.
- 8 Years as In-House Commercial Real Estate Counsel for a major Bank.
- 25 years as a title officer for a NJ based title insurance company and a national title insurance company.
Denis's experience in representing a lender is beneficial in the title insurance industry providing the needed expertise in such areas as assuring the lender's counsel of his client's lien priority and to act as liaison between the buyer's attorney and the lender during the time leading up to closing. Some of the many complex transactions he has been involved in as a title officer are when the NYNJ Port Authority was building a new subway station beneath an existing office tower along the Hudson River and when the NJ Turnpike Authority expanded one of their major interchanges and when a public utility company needed an easement passing through three counties. Mr. Miller worked with the engineers and law departments finding ways to bring these transactions to a successful conclusion. Whether the need is for the resolution of complex title issues or simply the need for a residential transaction to take place within a very short time span, Mr. Miller is able to meet the applicant's requirements.

Amy E. Gainfort Katz – General Manager, Northern New Jersey Division
Amy is a resident of Voorhees, NJ whose experience spans 30 years in the industry, mostly specializing in commercial and residential closings. Amy is a 1975 graduate of Endicott College in Beverly Massachusetts where she studied Art and Marketing.
Amy is a mother of two sons, Brian, who also works for Foundation Title as an account representative in Bergen County, and Gregory who is attending Elizabethtown College in PA.
Trish D'Amendola - Accounting Department Manager
Trish comes to Foundation Title with an Associates Degree in Accounting and over 25years experience in the Title Insurance industry. She spent 16 years with Congress Title - Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and prior to that, 7 years with Continental Title Insurance Company. She is a licensed NJ Title Producer as well as a Notary Public of New Jersey.
Trish was a member of the Audubon Zoning/Planning Board for 7 years.
When she's not at work, Trish loves to read, spend time with family and friends and travel with her husband Don.

Michael W. Andrews - Office Manager, Brigantine Branch Office
Michael has over 30 years experience in the title insurance industry in South Jersey in both sales and conducting real estate settlements. His experience and expertise afford both the real estate professional and the consumer a settlement experience that is quick, smooth and thoroughly prepared. Whether it's a simple question or a complex title issue, real estate professionals and their customers can be confident they can rely on Michael's ability to work out the correct solution. Michael works in our Brigantine Office.
Outside of work, Michael and his wife enjoy their roles as high-school youth leaders at the United Methodist Church in Absecon.

Al Cottino - Account Representative, East Brunswick Branch Office
Al brings 25 years of experience in assisting clients with their NJ Title Insurance needs. His willingness to see things through and to be sure his clients needs are met sets him apart from the competition. Al has a Master of Arts degree in Music from California State University Los Angeles. When he's not working, he enjoys playing electric and acoustic bass with jazz ensembles, big bands and orchestras.

Sheryl Intrator Urman –Account Representative, New Jersey and New York
Sheryl is a Licensed Title Producer NJ who has 19 years experience as a Senior Paralegal in a New York Law firm working directly with Partners that specialized in representing high net worth individuals, activities concentrated in the corporate area. She also, provided paralegal services in connection with Real Estate, Trusts, Estate and Tax Leverage Leasing Deals. During the past 12 years she has been the sole owner of a company that provides programs for art, art appreciation and art history to children and adults through lectures, summer camps and private weekly art lessons. Sheryl lives in the Englewood area for over 23 years and has witnessed the recent changes caused unprecedented development going on in her town. Community service is a big part of her life and she served as a past President of The Moriah School in Englewood parents association, and has served on its Board for over 10 years. She is also very active in various charitable organizations and has created The Susan Mandel Breast Cancer Research Fund, in memory of her dear sister, she is also an organizer for The Susan G. Carol Azarian - Account Representative
Carol is a 30-year veteran of the Title Insurance industry, in addition to being licensed in real estate. She originally began her career as as Settlement Supervisor for Chicago Title, then Sales Settlement for Continental. She is currently a Lifetime Member in the Builder's League of South Jersey.

Keith Langan - Vice President and Account Representative, Marlton Office
Keith has 14 years of Title Insurance Industry experience, specializing in Resales, Refinances, Commercial Property Transactions and Large Developer and Builder outsales. Keith takes a hands-on approach to his business and has the ability to not only coordinate client orders, but to close them as well. Keith has attended 500 closings and has brought in $25 million in revenue throughout his career.
Keith's success can be attributed to his ability to make strong and lasting relationships with his clients. He has been known to say that he wants clients for life and personal relationships, not just business relationships with his clients. Keith is a native of Medford, NJ who now resides in Cherry Hill. He attended Shawnee High School and graduated in 1991. He attained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree from the University of Delaware with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Economics. At Delaware, he participated in the Football Program from 1991 to 1996. He was the starting Quarterback for the1994 and 1995 seasons. He was a member Pi Kappa Alpha (Pika) Fraternity. When he's not working, Keith enjoys sports, especially basketball and golf, as well as attending charity and fundraising events.
Diane Ridgway - Account Representative - Marlton Branch Office
Diane has 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She began her career as a real estate sales associate, selling residential and commercial properties. She then worked in property management and as a mortgage loan officer. Diane trained as a Title Clerk which allowed her to pursue a freelance career while raising four children. She made her full-time return to the industry 15 years ago as a Title Insurance Sales Representative. Diane is an Affiliate Member of the Burlington Camden Board of Realtors and the Builders League of South Jersey, most recently serving as 2006 Sales & Marketing Council president for the BLSJ.
Peter Casey Wall – Title Officer
Casey is a Licensed Title Producer with six years of experience in Title Insurance and many years of prior experience in customer service and management positions. In addition to his role as a title examiner he also helps to implement changes in the company dealing with technology. From commitment and policy production to our website and client interface. If it runs on a computer, Casey has his finger on the pulse of that operation. When he's not working he enjoys spending time with his family, taking pictures and cooking.

Joseph Manero - Account Representative, Mercerville Office
Joe has over 30 experience in sales and marketing with the last 16 years in the title industry. He is a licensed title producer and notary public. Andrew Pelman - Manager, Mercerville Branch Office
Andrew Pelman has been a Title Officer in the Title Insurance industry for 6 years. He has worked alongside some of the most experienced Title Officers in the State of New Jersey and thus has been able to expand his knowledge of the title industry exponentially. His family has been a part of the Title Insurance industry since 1991 when his mother began working for a Title Insurance Company after moving from Brooklyn, NY. Andrew currently resides in Jackson, NJ. He is also a recent graduate of Seton Hall School of Law where he attended part time at night while continuing to work as a Title Officer during the day. Sue Peterson - Manager, Ocean City, NJ Branch Office
Sue brings 27 years of title experience and outstanding customer service to Foundation Title. She began her career with Chelsea Title and Guaranty Company in 1983. After 7 years with Chelsea she then continued her career with Title Company of Jersey for the last 20 years gaining vast knowledge in all aspects of title insurance. She has her New Jersey Producer's License and is a Notary Public.
When Sue is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband John and two children, John and Ashley. sues greatest passion is coaching and being involved in crew. Scott is a Licensed Title Producer and Notary Public with over 17 years of Sales and Customer Service knowledge. Ashleigh is a licensed Title Producer, who develops and maintains professional relationships with clients’. She has 5 years of sales experience and has been with Foundation Title for 4 years. She was originally hired as Foundation’s Marketing Director and after 6 months she began her career as a sales representative. She currently ranks in the top 3 producers (out of 12 sales reps) in North Jersey for Foundation Title. Christine has over 20 years of experience in both title abstracting and title insurance services specializing in the Ocean County Market. She was owner, with her husband Howard, of Fidelity Search and Title for 15 years. She is a graduate of Monmouth University, where her son is now in attendance.
