Edward Rickenbach – Co-Managing Member

I have enjoyed working in the Title Insurance Industry for over twenty years. My background includes sales, closings and management. I enjoy the challenges associated with providing clients with a high level of expertise provided by people who consistently bring a great attitude to the job each day.

I feel it is my job to establish the proper environment for our people to enjoy coming to work and to ensure that each of our clients experience world class service.

Mark D’Agostino – Co-Managing Member

Denis M. Miller, Esq. – Member of LLC / Title Officer

Denis’s experience spans over 30 years in the real estate industry including:

  • 4 Years in private practice in estates and real estate law.
  • 8 Years as In-House Commercial Real Estate Counsel for a major Bank.
  • 25 years as a title officer for a NJ based title insurance company and a national title insurance company.

Denis’s experience in representing a lender is beneficial in the title insurance industry providing the needed expertise in such areas as assuring the lender’s counsel of his client’s lien priority and to act as liaison between the buyer’s attorney and the lender during the time leading up to closing. Some of the many complex transactions he has been involved in as a title officer are when the NYNJ Port Authority was building a new subway station beneath an existing office tower along the Hudson River and when the NJ Turnpike Authority expanded one of their major interchanges and when a public utility company needed an easement passing through three counties. Mr. Miller worked with the engineers and law departments finding ways to bring these transactions to a successful conclusion. Whether the need is for the resolution of complex title issues or simply the need for a residential transaction to take place within a very short time span, Mr. Miller is able to meet the applicant’s requirements.

Denis is married 35 years to his wife Lois, with two daughters, Carolyn and Kimberly.


Amy E. Gainfort Katz – General Manager, Northern New Jersey Division

Amy is a resident of Voorhees, NJ whose experience spans 30 years in the industry, mostly specializing in commercial and residential closings. Amy is a 1975 graduate of Endicott College in Beverly Massachusetts where she studied Art and Marketing. Amy is a mother of two sons, Brian, who also works for Foundation Title as an account representative in Bergen County, and Gregory who is attending Elizabethtown College in PA.


EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ OFFICE

John M. Cox – Account Representative

A licensed Producer with 10 years title experience, John focuses his efforts on getting things done correctly the first time. He is confident in Foundation’s abilities to process any Residential or Commercial transaction and is not reluctant to bring in outside experts to facilitate any Realty application. He realizes we all get one chance to “shine” and we only get paid for what we finalize. His commitment to his clients’ success is what engenders lasting relationships. John was born in Philadelphia and is a graduate of St. Joeph’s Prep & University. He lives in Washington Township with his wife, Nancy and daughter Kennan Marie, around whom the world revolves. He enjoys golf and funny people.

Robert Souder – Partner and Account Representative, East Brunswick Branch Office


Robert (Bob) has10 years of industry experience. He is one of the founding members of Foundation Title and a Licensed Title Producer. Bob’s infectious positive attitude and devotion to his clients are an inspiration to his peers and a benefit to his clients. His reputation for honesty, reliability and consistency have helped to make him one of the most successful and trusted account representatives in the industry. This is best illustrated by his commitment to being out on the street, day after day, making contact with his clients and forging new business relationships. A resident of Mt Ephraim, NJ, Bob was raised in Audubon, NJ and enjoys spending time with family and friends listening to music on the beach.


ENGLEWOOD, NJ OFFICE

Brian Katz – Account Representative, East Brunswick Branch Office and Englewood Branch Office

With more than three years experience in the title industry, Brian Katz has developed a number of loyal clients that appreciate his attention to detail and focus on quality service. Brian’s clients deal in both commercial and residential real estate in Bergen County, New Jersey. Recent multi-million dollar policies have been issued for National and Regional companies such as Target Corp., Kimco Real Estate, Home Depot USA, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and Quick Check. Brian enjoys cars and travel as well as the latest trends in technology.


Sheryl Intrator Urman –Account Representative, New Jersey and New York

Sheryl is a Licensed Title Producer NJ who has 19 years experience as a Senior Paralegal in a New York Law firm working directly with Partners that specialized in representing high net worth individuals, activities concentrated in the corporate area. She also, provided paralegal services in connection with Real Estate, Trusts, Estate and Tax Leverage Leasing Deals. During the past 12 years she has been the sole owner of a company that provides programs for art, art appreciation and art history to children and adults through lectures, summer camps and private weekly art lessons. Sheryl lives in the Englewood area for over 23 years and has witnessed the recent changes caused unprecedented development going on in her town. Community service is a big part of her life and she served as a past President of The Moriah School in Englewood parents association, and has served on its Board for over 10 years. She is also very active in various charitable organizations and has created The Susan Mandel Breast Cancer Research Fund, in memory of her dear sister, she is also an organizer for The Susan G. Koman Walk for the Cure. She is an active member of Ahavath Torah where she has worked on several charitable and fundraising projects. She was honored with a leadership award from Hadassah in November 2005. In her spear time she is an Exhibiting Artist. She is married to a wonderful attorney who practices in New York, and has 2 beautiful and sweet daughters one at Rutgers College and the other attends The Frisch High School, where Sheryl is involved in a number of projects and she serves on the Board of the Parent Association .Sheryl is a graduate of Queens College and Adelphi Paralegal School. She prides herself on tracking the details and keeping everyone happy!


MARLTON, NJ OFFICE Carol Azarian – Account Representative

Carol is a 30-year veteran of the Title Insurance industry, in addition to being licensed in real estate. She originally began her career as as Settlement Supervisor for Chicago Title, then Sales Settlement for Continental. She is currently a Lifetime Member in the Builder’s League of South Jersey.


James Craft – Sales/Marketing – Marlton/Mercer Branch Offices

Jim focuses on providing his clients with the very best in processing and settlement attention, as well as proving that he can legitimately increase their business through marketing and introductions to key industry professionals. With a concentration in NJ’s Burlington, Camden and Mercer Counties, as well as the Greater Philadelphia area, Jim has compiled a list of clients including some of the best Realtors, Attorneys and Mortgage Lenders in the industry.


Peter Casey Wall – Title Officer

Casey is a Licensed Title Producer with six years of experience in Title Insurance and many years of prior experience in customer service and management positions. In addition to his role as a title examiner he also helps to implement changes in the company dealing with technology. From commitment and policy production to our website and client interface. If it runs on a computer, Casey has his finger on the pulse of that operation. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with his family, taking pictures and cooking. MERCERVILLE, NJ OFFICE Ben Guzzardi – Account Representative, Hamilton Branch Office

Ben is a Licensed Title Producer who has earned the respect of his peers and a loyal following of clients in both Mercer and Hunterdon Counties. His clients appreciate the attention to detail and focus on customer service that he brings to each account. Ben resides in Washington Township, NJ with Robin, his wife of 25 years and 2 daughters, Nichole and Gina.


Joseph Manero – Manager, Hamilton Office

Joe has over 30 experience in sales and marketing with the last 19 years in the title industry. He is a licensed title producer and notary public. Joe’s strong sense of follow up and detail sets himself apart from most. He believes a sales rep has to do more than just ask for the work. Joe partners with his clientele to help develop their business through Foundations Marketing Department and networking with like kind professionals. Joe is married to his wife Lori for 25 years and has two children Anthony and Ashley. His hobbies include golf, food and coaching soccer.


MORRISTOWN, NJ OFFICE

Brian Allen – Account Representative, Morristown Branch Office

Brian has been in customer relations and sales for 20 years, the last 14 have been in real estate related fields. His knowledge of the real estate and mortgage lending businesses make him an asset to his clients and to Foundation Title. Brian serves clients in Morris County, NJ.


Isabel Arruda – Manager, Morristown Branch Office

Isabel has seven years of real estate related experience, including 5 years as a paralegal for a New Jersey real estate attorney. She has been managing the Morristown office for the past two years, focusing on providing great service to her clients. Isabel has a B.A. from Rutgers University and is currently attending Montclair State University working towards her M.B.A. A native of the City of Newark, she now resides in Elizabeth and enjoys spending time with her 1 year old daugher.

Daniel Merlino – Account Representative, Morristown Office

Daniel J. Merlino

Dan is a regional business developer of Foundation Title, LLC. He’s responsible for negotiating and managing new business opportunities. His excellent ability to initiate, grow, foster and maintain personal relationships are paramount to his success in the business. Dan is an actively Licensed Title Producer and Notary Public with the State of New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers College, Rutgers University graduating in May of 2000. Currently, he participates as a member of the Newark Regional Business Partnership, New Jersey’s chapter of NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), and Newark’s Chapter of Rotary International. He’s an affiliate member of both the United Association Board of Realtors and West Essex Board of Realtors.


OCEAN CITY, NJ OFFICE Christopher Mooney – Account Representative

Christopher is a graduate of West Chester University with a B.S. in Business/Economics. He comes to Foundation with over6 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry and more than 7 years experience in sales and customer service. He is a New Jersey Notary and is capable of facilitating settlements. Chris’s clients transact both residential and commercial business; they are some of the largest law firms, real estate offices, banks and developers in the Cape May County area of New Jersey.

Sue Peterson – Manager, Ocean City, NJ Branch Office

Sue brings 27 years of title experience and outstanding customer service to Foundation Title. She began her career with Chelsea Title and Guaranty Company in 1983. After 7 years with Chelsea she then continued her career with Title Company of Jersey for the last 20 years gaining vast knowledge in all aspects of title insurance. She has her New Jersey Producer’s License and is a Notary Public. When Sue is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband John and two children, John and Ashley. sues greatest passion is coaching and being involved in crew. She is the President of the Southern New Jersey Scholastic Rowing Association, Treasurer and Board of Directors of the Atlantic County Rowing Association, secretary of the Holy Spirit Crew Parent Association, member of the St. Augustine Prep Crew Alumni. She is also a member of the Women of the Moose, Atlantic City Chapter and a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Somers Point, NJ.


PHILADELPHIA, PA OFFICE (FOUNDATION ABSTRACT, LLC) Teresa Carlin – Philadelphia Office Manager

Teresa is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts and Science/Computer Programming. She is a licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent and Licensed New Jersey Title Producer. She has 25 years of experience in the Title Insurance industry; her experience includes owning her own title insurance agency. Teresa is adept in residential and commercial titles for sales and refinances as well as residential and commercial foreclosure work. Foremost in her mind are the needs of her clients, and she takes great pride in giving the best customer service she can to each and every one. Now a resident of Holland, PA, Teresa was raised in Freehold, NJ.


EATONTOWN, NJ OFFICE Scott Jakubowski– Account Representative, Monmouth County

Scott Jakubowski– Account Representative, Monmouth County Scott is a Licensed Title Producer and Notary Public with over 17 years of Sales and Customer Service knowledge. Scott has been involved in all types of sales from selling ads in major league baseball programs to selling title insurance. Scott brings an upbeat, energetic personality along with a focus on problem prevention and problem solving to Foundation Title. He utilizes this plus his excellent ability to grow and maintain personal relationships to keep his clients happy. Scott is a graduate of Florida Southern College who enjoys sports, exercise and personal challenges. When Scott is not making sales calls or attending to his clients needs he is hanging with his wife Kelly and his sons Lukas, Max and Chase.


Ashleigh B. Johnson – Account Representative, Red Bank Branch Office

Ashleigh B. Johnson

Ashleigh is a licensed Title Producer, who develops and maintains professional relationships with clients’. She has 5 years of sales experience and has been with Foundation Title for 4 years. She was originally hired as Foundation’s Marketing Director and after 6 months she began her career as a sales representative. She currently ranks in the top 3 producers (out of 12 sales reps) in North Jersey for Foundation Title. She distinguishes herself from other title producers by employing marketing techniques to help her clients grow their business. She does a lot of networking and introduces professionals who develop mutually beneficial working relationships. Ashleigh is a college graduate from Monmouth University where she was an All-American Scholar Athlete. When she is not generating new clients, she is most likely playing tennis or exercising.


VINELAND, NJ OFFICE Chris Gimello – Account Representative

Chris has 7 years of experience in the title insurance industry with a focus on providing great customer service to his clients. He also performs real estate closings. He graduated from Rowan University in 2000. Born and raised in Burlington County, Chris spent 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, proudly serving his country in Ramadi, Iraq in 2004 and 2005. Chris now resides in Mantua, NJ with his wife Kristin and daughter Olivia, born June 2007.


WOODBURY, NJ OFFICE Christine Roesberg – Account Representative

Christine has extensive experience in catering to the title search and insurance needs of realtors, attorneys, lenders and home buyers in Southern New Jersey. Her loyal clients include some of the New Jersey’s biggest and best real estate brokerages.

After graduating from Duke University, Brent Kintzing moved to New York City to sell high-end residential real estate for the prestigious Sotheby’s International Realty where his commitment to leverage his interpersonal skills, competitive energy and persistent hard work was indicative of the tireless force that was key to his success. Demonstrated by his accomplishments as a competitive Division I swimmer for the Duke Blue Devils, his scholastic achievements, impressive fellowships, successful sales career while working for Sotheby’s Realty, Markeim-Chalmers Real Estate or as a Legislative Aid for Senate President Stephen Sweeney, Kintzing has been a champion of hard work and perseverance.   With the same passion and vigor of his prior work experience, Kintzing is proud to join the Foundation Title family as a Sales and Marketing Agent.
